🔥 Baking Method:
In the oven:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan or fan).

Place the roll in an ovenproof dish or baking pan, along with a little olive oil and optionally potatoes or vegetables.

Bake covered with aluminum foil for about 60-70 minutes .

Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes for a golden crust.
Alternatively (in hull):
Bake for 2 hours at a low temperature (160°C) for a slower and softer roast.
