✔️ Optional – yellow cheese or a thin layer of mustard for more intensity
The stuffed beef flap is artfully rolled and tied so that it remains juicy and retains all the flavor of the filling inside during baking.

🔥 Baking Method
🏠 In the oven (ideal):

Preheat the oven to 180°C .

First, brown the flap in a pan with olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side (optional but recommended).

Place on a baking sheet, cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on thickness).

Uncover for the last 10 minutes to brown.

Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
