✨ Description

Tagliatelle is perhaps the most refined and gastronomically impressive version of beef tenderloin. Here, it is made from high-quality Black Angus beef , known for its rich marbling and unsurpassed buttery texture . It is cut into thin slices, ideal for quick grilling and enjoyment at a medium rare or medium level.

The marinade gives us a distinct, Mediterranean character:

  • Fresh & dried pink peppers – slightly sweet, aromatic

  • Excellent olive oil

  • White wine

  • Lemon and mustard

  • Thyme, oregano and sage

The result is an aromatic, delicate dish that enhances the flavor of Black Angus, without covering it.

🔥 Baking Method

To properly showcase the tagliatelle , don't overcook it - medium at most.

➤ Frying pan / Cast iron (ideal):

  1. Preheat the pan well.

  2. Cook each side for 1.5–2 minutes.

  3. Optionally, deglaze with wine or a little balsamic vinegar.

  4. Let it rest on a cutting board for 3–5 minutes before slicing.

➤ Grill / BBQ:

  • Cook for 3–4 minutes total

  • Don't press the meat – let it "seal"

➤ Oven (if thick):

  • 200°C for 8–10 minutes, then finish on a grill or pan


❄️ Maintenance Method

  • Fresh – vacuum or skin:
    • Refrigerator: up to 3 days
    • Freezing: up to 5 months

  • After baking:
    • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
    • Heat only slightly at a low temperature – do not overcook

Defrost only in the refrigerator – never at room temperature
