This is not just a souvlaki – it is a piece of haute gastronomy . Black Angus Flap is one of the softest, richest and most “juicy” cuts of beef, coming from the lower abdominal region (flap meat) – with ideal marbling that gives excellent texture and depth of flavor.
This meat comes from Argentine Black Angus cattle , from the renowned producer Devesa , with quality certifications, natural nutrition and hormone-free animal care.
The cubes are cut to the ideal size for proper cooking , passed through a handmade straw and marinated with fine black garlic , olive oil, flower salt and natural herbs.
Black garlic, with its natural ripening and mild sweetness, gives the souvlaki a complex umami flavor , without a strong garlicky feel.
