Serres Type Salami
with Buffalo Meat!
It is prepared based on an authentic traditional Serra recipe. With a light garlicky flavor. It is kneaded with fine pieces of Buffalo meat and a mixture of 100% Greek Beef* meat from the Kerkini Lake area. It is boiled and then “smoked” with beech wood.
It goes wonderfully with cold dishes, varieties of cold cuts, and beer or wine.
